What is the Post-16 Accommodation Service?

Our experienced team collaborates closely with both hosts and young people to develop personalised plans tailored to each individual’s goals and aspirations. We provide expert guidance and access to a wide range of resources to ensure comprehensive support throughout their journey. Through our Post-16 Accommodation Service, hosts are equipped with the tools and knowledge to guide young people in making informed decisions, achieving independence, and building a positive and successful future.
