The Buy With Confidence scheme provides businesses with recognition of good business practice.  We are committed to ensuring that businesses act fairly and have agreed with Hampshire County Council that Southampton based businesses can be audited by them to ensure that they are legally compliant.

Consumers will know with whom they are dealing; paperwork will be correct; a basic Disclosure (criminal record) check will have been made; and the trader will be fully aware of their legal obligations.

Businesses meeting the standards required will be listed on Buy With Confidence.
