Employment and skills plans

We are committed to supporting residents to gain skills and progress into employment and enabling the city’s businesses to grow and prosper through access to local talent.

Since 2009, all large developments in the city have had an Employment and Skills Plan in order to align the significant new opportunities for skills and jobs with local training provision and residents’ needs.
