Request a copy of a civil partnership certificate using our online form. Please note: this is not a civil marriage, please order a marriage certificate instead.
Please remember
We are only able to supply certificates for civil partnerships where:
- The civil partnership took place within the Southampton City Boundary (SO14-SO19)
- The civil partnership has been since 1 July 1837
- The required information indicated below is provided

A payment card, Apple Pay or Google Pay*
Date of the civil partnership
Place of the civil partnership (name of church or building)- Address where the parties lived at the time of the civil partnership
