Historic maps

There are two main historical maps of Southampton, the 1846 map and the 1870 town plan. Printed copies of some parts of the 1846 map are on sale.

Originals or copies of these maps can be viewed at Southampton archives and the Central Library's Local Studies Collection, along with other historic maps of Southampton.
